Flexible and convertible assembly systems for Industry 4.0
No industry remains untouched: In the future, production systems will require ever greater flexibility and adaptability. The reason for this is the desire of many customers for products that are as individual as possible. In addition, companies are trying to achieve the most constant possible capacity utilization of their factories at worldwide locations. Fluctuating markets pose a particularly great challenge in this respect. To meet these needs, we develop customer-specific solutions for fixtures, handling, joining and quality systems. Our particular strength is our mastery of entire process chains - from development and the ramp-up process to production. An important criterion for making operating equipment more flexible is low mass. To "lighten" your operating resources, we apply modern optimization strategies copied from nature.
